Deborah Collins of The Sullivan Law Group recently obtained the dismissal of a breach of contract claim filed by a former teacher against the Virginia Beach School Board.  The Court granted the School Board’s Motion to Strike her evidence as insufficient to establish a breach of her contract.  The trial occurred on November 7, 2018.

On September 19, 2018, Deb Collins represented a corporate defendant in Virginia Beach Circuit Court on a breach of construction contract claim and won on a Motion to Strike the plaintiff’s evidence.  On her motion, the Court dismissed the claims and entered judgment for the defendant.
