Ms. Collins handles a broad range of civil litigation matters in both state and federal courts, with a focus on employment matters, representing employers and employees across the full spectrum of labor and personnel issues. Her practice also includes construction law, contract disputes, and insurance defense.

Representative Experience

  • Served as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney for the City of Norfolk for three years, where she tried hundreds of cases ranging from acts of violence, to property crimes, to complicated embezzlements.
